1. Open a file or folder
Choose Open data or press Ctrl + O. Use the file or folder picker; RowCove detects the format. Preview shows up to 100 read-only records.
2. Inspect the structure
Review Dataset information and field types. Select a cell to read its complete value. “Find loaded rows” searches the current page.
3. Narrow the results
Use Pro filters and sorting for supported full-file workflows. For dataset folders, choose relevant partitions and columns, then continue through the result pages.
4. Choose a database table
Open a SQLite or DuckDB file, select a table and choose the fields or filters you need. Database browsing is read-only.
5. Open compressed data
Open a supported compressed file and follow the preparation options. Choose a new destination with enough free space; progress and cancellation remain available.
6. Save reviewed changes
Where editing is supported, switch to Edit, make your changes and choose Save copy. Review the new file while keeping the original intact.
7. Activate or restore Pro
When Pro checkout is available, purchase a plan and use the same email in Account and plan. Choose Restore purchase if access is missing, or Manage subscription to change renewal.
